Miss Fran

Again the victims are off the floor. A high stool seems a good piece of furniture for positioning a naughty bottom.
What do you think the girl is handing Miss Fran, a tawse, a belt or a strap or even a ruler?

The sadist in me would like to think it was a lochgelly tawse. A thin and heavy piece of leather.
