Yes, I admit it, I do like these positions. They apply equally well to males as to females but pics of males aren't quite as common. I love CP, and the thrill of a good thrashing, but there is the added delight of complete and utter humiliation. Showing every private orifice in such an exposed manner is pretty humiliating.
