By Pilchard, I saw this many years ago and thought it was extremely erotic. I am useless at French so don't know what is being said but can only imagine what lovely entertainment on a rainy afternoon.
This is hard to translate, but... The lady (Madame Josépha) on the left talks to her servant (Germain) and asks him "Maybe this suffices?" He replies: "If the lady allows me, she must have another dozen strokes. She doesn't look like it, but she has a very strong skin. That's how you recognize the real bitches. Good thing I know how to use the rope. Next time, better we get her totally naked".
