Oh dear ! milked before punishment ?

Another computer graphic pic, but oh what a predicament. I know we males get all excited about being punished but how many have actually been 'milked' before the first stroke ? I've seena vid where this happened but just too much of a wimp to ask for such treatment.

    I volunteer to be milked before being spanked. That would make it a realk punishment since sex wouild not be a part of it.

    Once, my Mistress brought me off onto a plate as usual then after I had licked it up She picked up her cane and said 'NOW let's see how you enjoy this'! I didn't.
