A simple device and often seen. Slightly different in that the victim has to straddle the horse.The obvious effect is to allow the genitals to be exposed. I've never experienced this tying down of the genitals. Some say that it is excruciating as youtend to writhe and jerk around under the cane thus wrenching your testicles... Ouch!!
If I were a man, I'd want to be tied just like that. You could of course do this with a woman.
